These terms govern your use of 10cric Casino. By registering an account and making a deposit, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them before playing.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register. You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You may hold only one account per household. Multiple accounts are grounds for immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate personal information. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first withdrawal request may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: ₹500. Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₹2,00,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. UPI and Paytm withdrawals typically reach your account within 2–4 hours after processing.
4. Welcome Bonus Terms
The welcome bonus (100% match up to ₹20,000 + 100 free spins) requires a minimum first deposit of ₹500. Wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount. Bonus validity: 7 days from credit. Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: 5× the bonus amount. Slots contribute 100% to wagering; live casino games contribute 10–20%.
5. Responsible Gaming
We offer deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in My Account → Responsible Gaming. 6. Prohibited Activities
Bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of software errors are prohibited. We reserve the right to void bets and close accounts in cases of suspected abuse.
